Project
TempraMedConnect the questions leaders ask
An executive view needs to connect several kinds of information: how products are performing, where marketing spend goes, what stock is available and what customers need from support. Each area has its own sources, reporting periods and level of detail.
The platform brings those areas together through a shared reporting experience. Users can compare periods, explore products and channels, investigate support activity and ask questions through an AI analyst. Source freshness and measurement context remain visible alongside the reporting.
From business data to a useful view

The work,
in detail.
See the business, then follow the detail
Revenue reporting brings sales sources into a shared view, with trends and comparisons across reporting periods. Product views connect performance with units, advertising spend and inventory visibility, so the same workspace supports both an executive overview and a closer look at a product line.
Connect marketing with the customer experience
Marketing views cover advertising, campaign performance and email and messaging activity. Support views show queues, response patterns and recurring issues. Bringing these areas into the platform gives the team a place to examine both demand and the service experience that follows it.
Ask questions within the right boundaries
The AI analyst helps users explore platform information and build reporting views through conversation. Its access follows the user’s permissions, and its answers draw on available evidence. When that evidence cannot support an answer, the assistant can identify the gap.
Make useful reporting easy to revisit
Users can save personal dashboards and return to the views relevant to their work. Saved charts retain their reporting definitions and recalculate from collected data when opened. Data-health views show collection freshness and checks, helping users understand the basis of the information they are reviewing.
An integrated executive platform
The project combines data integration, interactive reporting, an AI analyst and personal dashboards. Revenue, products, inventory, marketing and customer support share one workspace, with access controls and data-quality information built into the experience.
